Our friendly, trained office staff and technicians offer 24 hour service for emergency situations that might arise. If your health needs require immediate attention or your medical equipment needs are immediate and occur at a time outside of our normal store hours, our staff is available to respond to you in an emergency fashion. If your problem cannot be resolved right away, we will attempt to find a solution until our normal business hours where the problem can be fully addressed.
