We are certified to accept both Medicare and Medicaid insurance plans, as well as most major private insurance (excluding Healthsprings). Typically, insurance, including Medicare will cover up to 80% of doctor prescribed or necessary medical equipment, with the patient responsible for the remaining 20%. It is possible to apply a private insurance claim to the remaining 20% according to the patient's personal insurance policy.

In addition to insurance claims, we accept personal payments from patients and our billing department works diligently to make that payments as simple and affordable as possible. We want you and your loved one to receive the equipment and supplies they need in the easiest manner possible, and we effort to assist you in any way possible to accomplish that goal.
